We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the Technology and IT staffing sector. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring our services exceed their expectations.

This role is critical in growing our local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions. You will play a key part in managing and growing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our client portfolio through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate and work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback, monitor the progress of open requisitions, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
  • Manage candidate submission and interview process.
  • Ensure regular and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
