Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to spearhead our client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of NRI financial regulations and products, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams.

The selected individual will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs. They will provide expert input on a wide range of financial products, including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.

  • Act as the principal liaison for a portfolio of NRI clients
  • Offer insightful input on a broad spectrum of financial products
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests
Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with NRI clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
