Executive Fundraising Lead

We are seeking a skilled Executive to drive our fundraising efforts and create long-term donor value. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a robust 3-year strategy with targets by segment and program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive donor lifecycle, including research, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal/upgrade.
  • Develop multi-year giving vehicles and maintain a balanced pipeline.
  • Represent the organization with credibility and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Secure strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and high-influence networks.
  • Collaborate with Communications to run an integrated brand + fundraising calendar.
  • Oversee investment-grade proposals, decks, impact reports, and ensure crisp narratives and strong evidence.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field; fundraising certifications a plus.
  • 8-10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record (India & international).
  • Experience launching or scaling new initiatives (research, education, skill development, community empowerment preferred).
  • Strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.
  • Regulatory fluency and governance sensibility.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills; G-Suite & CRM proficiency.

  • A board-approved 3-year strategy and year-1 operating plan with segment-wise targets.
  • A live CRM with X number of qualified prospects (target to be set with leadership).
