Roles and Responsibilities

Position Overview:

This is a key position at Talent Corner. The Sales Executive is responsible for researching and appointing successful Dealers in the market. The incumbent must achieve sales targets set by the company on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and appoint multiple Dealers for business partnerships, including showrooms and wholesalers.
  • Ensure timely payment collections from Dealers.
  • Develop a strong relationship with Dealers by offering them the best possible service.
  • Grow sales by selling products to Dealers and wholesalers.
  • Establish the Talent Corner brand as a reputable supplier, maintaining a good reputation.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at showrooms.
  • Manage travel and accommodation costs within company allowances.
  • Benchmark Decor Products offerings against the industry and suggest new products as needed.
  • Achieve monthly sales, album selling, and active Dealer targets.
  • Submit daily DSR reports in the prescribed format.
  • Submit real-time market visit reports using the mobile app.

  • Knowledge of evaluating Dealers through communication and market research.
  • Basic mobile usage skills.
