Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Trade Ambassador to spearhead our international market expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business and life sciences, with excellent knowledge of professional principles to support global market development and customer service.
- Develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships with overseas clients to boost the company's presence.
- Negotiate sales agreements that align with the organization's objectives, monitor order execution, and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, providing solutions, addressing inquiries and feedback, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Familiarize yourself with international trade contract terms and efficiently manage contracts and orders.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business or Life Sciences and related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge to support international market development and customer service.
- The ability to work in diverse cultures and environments, communicate effectively with international clients, and possess good time management and organizational skills.
