Job Title: Investment Banking Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in BPO/BPM or an MBA (Finance) degree from the 2024 batch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute investment banking processes with high efficiency and productivity.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets consistently.
  • Perform transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines.
  • Maintain adherence to governance and compliance mechanisms established with clients.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment with flexibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the investment banking domain.
  • MBA (Finance) degree – 2024 pass-out with academic credentials.
  • Strong understanding of investment banking concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior exposure to client-facing or high-volume transaction roles is beneficial.
