Business Development Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer specialized financial services including accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.

You must have a deep understanding of core accounting principles and a proven ability to utilize a consultative sales approach to build lasting relationships and close new client deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional financial services.
  • Providing expert-level financial services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation to US clients.
  • Sales, business development, and lead nurturing through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging in-depth financial expertise.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional financial services.
  • A thorough understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards preferred.
