As a Workday Technical Consultant, you will be part of a team that drives innovation and excellence in HR technology. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, and maintain integrations using various tools and platforms.

\

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals, with project experience in at least two HR functional areas. They should also possess excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).\
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.\
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.\
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.\
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.\
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.\
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.\
  • Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.\
  • Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.
