Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned BIM professional to lead our architectural projects with expertise in Revit-based modeling and documentation.

  • Lead the integration of BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement standards and best practices for firm-wide execution
  • Model complex architectural projects using Revit and manage all design phases
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure accurate documentation
  • Coordinate clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models and cloud-based platforms
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools
  • Maintain project documentation in alignment with firm-wide protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8-12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects - preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies
  • Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Enscape, or other visualization/scripting tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to liaise with global teams, consultants, and non-BIM stakeholders
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance both strategy and execution
