Sr. BIM Engineer

We look for a technically skilled resource to coordinate with our project team to generate with quality and timely deliverables requested by the clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare BIM models and drawings or other associated data.
  • Work with Technical Managers, Team Leader, and other key project stakeholders as appropriate to provide technical BIM leadership.
  • Collaborate with project team members to deliver quality services on time.
  • Execute accurately and timely the tasks assigned by the Team lead.
  • Assist the Technical Manager/Team Leader in the development and implementation of the project BEP and observe and enforce the adoption and adherence to it.
  • Prepare clash free models as per the principle of virtual Building.
  • Analyze and group clashes per severity.
  • Work with all the disciplines /services
  • Create and verify bill of quantities / bill of materials per construction phase.
  • Work in coordination with PMs from France to complete the tasks assigned by them and proactively informing the status of the work, completion time to get the new tasks before the completion of current one.
  • Prepare model for 4D Simulation.
  • Review and quality control the work done by Engineers/Associate Engineers /Assistant Engineer /Interns.
  • If assigned, Supervise, and manage the quality Assurance and Control of subcontractors works.
  • Contribute to the internal continuous improvement process
  • Follow the ISO 9001:2015 standards

Preferred Skill:

  • Degree in relevant discipline
  • Must gain 3 + years of Revit experience.
  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • Experience in the respected field (Architectural/Structural/MEP)
  • Excellent skills in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related BIM Software.
