Job Title: BIM Modeller MEP

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in developing detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services for a diverse range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior and landscape design schemes.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team.
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
  • Follow established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation. Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan.
  • Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules and quantity take-offs.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIM authoring tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
