About the Opportunity:

This position involves overseeing internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations to ensure our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. It also requires identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

You will be responsible for leading and performing risk analysis across various business functions, including supply chain, marketing, seller, and customer experience, as well as technology. You will focus on creating efficiency in processes and minimizing their impact on the business.

  • Lead and perform risk analysis
  • Create process efficiency
  • Support the development of an internal audit and enterprise risk management framework
  • Collaborate with functional heads to maintain a risk register and support mitigation plans
  • Monitor emerging risks
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams as needed
  • Promote standardization and automation projects to improve process efficiency

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience, preferably as a Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate in Finance. You should possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate with others.
