Function: Investment Advisory - Hedge Solutions

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and expand its advisory business. This role involves end-to-end strategy ownership, client engagement, trade advisory, and coordination with internal teams and external brokers to deliver superior client experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive advisory business for the client Hedge Solutions platform, focusing on strategy development and client portfolio performance.

- Provide non-binding investment advice to clients and obtain necessary approvals before executing trades through brokers.

- Develop and refine investment strategies aligned with clients' risk profiles and portfolio objectives.

- Interact regularly with investors to discuss strategy, market views, and portfolio performance.

- Collaborate closely with research, operations, and trading teams to ensure efficient implementation of investment ideas.

- Build and scale the advisory vertical by identifying opportunities and enhancing client experience.

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal governance processes.

Additional Skills Required

- Deep understanding of capital markets, equity strategies, and basic derivatives.

- Prior experience in fund advisory, portfolio management, or investment strategy.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage effectively with HNI/UHNI clients.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable portfolio advice.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to growing the business.

- Sound understanding of investor risk profiles and financial goals.

- Familiarity with the derivatives space is desirable.

Minimum Qualification: CA/ CFA

Number of years of experience: 13-17 years
