Job Opportunity: IT Specialist

We are seeking an IT specialist to deliver high-quality services in the technology domain.

Your primary role will involve gathering requirements and specifications from clients, understanding their needs, and translating those into system requirements. You will also estimate work requirements to provide accurate information to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

You will be working closely with SRE Leads to gather requirements and develop automation solutions using your expertise in Python, Bash scripting, IaC, GitOps practices, Cloud Infrastructure, and Monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client requirements and specifications to understand their needs
  • Translate client requirements into system requirements
  • Estimate work requirements to provide accurate information to Technology Leads and Project Managers
  • Work closely with SRE Leads to develop automation solutions

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong background in Python and Bash scripting
  • Knowledge of IaC, GitOps practices, Cloud Infrastructure, and Monitoring systems
  • Experience with REST API Programming, System integration, workflow creation
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, GitOps, CI/CD Pipeline, Ansible, and Terraform
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration, monitoring, and networking
  • Familiarity with Source code management tool - Git, Gitlab, and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Open Systems Shell scripting Bash Scripting
  • DevOps Continuous integration Mainframe Jenkins
