The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring our customers achieve a healthy return on investment. This is accomplished by leveraging data and insights to engage with customers at key points in their journey.
Our CSMs oversee the full life cycle of our customer's post-sales experience, from registration to a successful outcome. Regular check-ins, evaluations, and upsell opportunities are all integral components of this process.
We're seeking an individual who understands the ecosystem of services our customers utilize and can work closely with them to ensure success with our company.
Key Responsibilities- Raise awareness about the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and align customer success objectives with product development, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with Executive Learning Consultants to establish key performance indicators and develop strategies to address at-risk customers and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Manage the ongoing post-sales experience with customers, including registration, optimization, monitoring, and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
- Document and share successful customer experiences with our marketing and operations departments to drive results, enhance product adoption, and foster retention.
- Maintain open communication channels with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on our products and services.
- Employ analytical skills to understand customer needs and map solutions to those requirements.
- Pursue expansion revenue opportunities based on customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain customer documentation and create internal enablement materials.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email, chat, phone conversations, and meetings.
- Familiarity with the technical training industry.
