Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them through the loan application process.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- You will also need to meet and understand customer needs, explain the loan/loan against property application process, check eligibility, and share the expected time of completion.
- Effective time management is essential for submitting loan applications in a timely manner.
- In addition, you must be able to respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues promptly.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to build relationships with customers and provide them with expert advice on our home loan and loan against property products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Loan Application Process: Explain the loan/loan against property application process, check eligibility, and share the expected time of completion.
- Time Management: Submit loan applications in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues promptly.
