Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them through the loan application process.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
  • You will also need to meet and understand customer needs, explain the loan/loan against property application process, check eligibility, and share the expected time of completion.
  • Effective time management is essential for submitting loan applications in a timely manner.
  • In addition, you must be able to respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues promptly.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Loan Application Process: Explain the loan/loan against property application process, check eligibility, and share the expected time of completion.
  • Time Management: Submit loan applications in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues promptly.
