Job Title: Fte Specialist

About the Role:

The key objective of this position is to ensure seamless daily routine checkups in GCP, maintain nominal issues and complaints at site. This includes ensuring compliance with OEM manuals for MOH of Reciprocating Compressors, troubleshooting compressors, divers and process-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment availability by performing regular cleaning of packages every day, ensuring zero oil and gas leakages.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of all required tools in good condition for the mechanical department of the gas compressor plant.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure required spares are available at site, advising on issues for same to PM.
Impact You Will Make

Rigorously follow preventive maintenance schedules for all installed equipment, maintaining records for internal and external audits. Ensure accurate and true reporting of all site matters, supervising crucial parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow etc.

Upkeep operational hourly records and everyday logging of critical parameters of equipment, including hours runs and specific maintenance repairs carried out, along with material spares consumed.
