**About the Role:**
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the pan-India market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams from scratch.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities:)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers and partners
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Strong understanding of the Indian sales landscape and market trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience working with subscription models and SaaS products
- Knowledge of marketplace platforms and subscription products
