Job Summary

We are seeking an IP Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our branded portfolio from an intellectual property (IP) perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle management of the branded portfolio, including competition tracking and analysis.
  • Preparation of landscape and infringement analysis reports.
  • Identifying and tracking competitors in the market.
  • Evaluating patentability and managing patent filing and prosecution processes.
  • Preparing for enforcement of intellectual property rights.
  • Conducting search and analysis of competitor inventions in areas such as API, NCE, formulation, technology, and devices.
  • Providing IP due diligence for technologies and products for in-licensing opportunities.
  • Supporting out-licensing projects by providing IP guidance.
  • Performing freedom-to-operate analysis for the in-house branded portfolio.
  • Validating the validity of blocking patents.
  • Identifying new opportunities for in-licensing and partnership development.
Requirements
  • M.Pharm / Ph.D in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Certification in patent law is a plus.
  • Experience in patent drafting and prosecution is required.
