Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Intellectual Property (IP) litigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IP litigations, including document preparation and review, discovery management, risk assessment, and team collaboration with external counsel.
  • Conduct Freedom to Operate (FTO) evaluations for finished products, liaising with FRD, PMO & Portfolio teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and review key third-party patents, assess early-stage risks, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
  • Provide timely support to cross-functional teams, including Portfolio, Business Development, R&D, PMO, Regulatory, and Commercial units.
  • Identify new product opportunities in global markets based on IP scenarios, aligning with business objectives.
  • Map competitive intelligence and regulatory dynamics to inform IP strategies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy or M.S./M. Tech. (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred)
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in FTO and litigation management
  • Strong understanding of IP dynamics, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, teamwork, agility, and adaptability
