Role Overview:

The Zonal Business Head in Magicbricks' sales vertical is a multifaceted role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within your assigned zone.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and devise effective strategies to capitalize on them
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, including sales managers and executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, builders, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Achieve revenue targets by driving sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to generate revenue for Magicbricks within your designated zone
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats
