Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to fill the position of Zonal Business Head in our sales vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within your assigned zone
- Lead a team of sales professionals, including sales managers and executives, to ensure they meet their targets
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the market
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to generate revenue for Magicbricks
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the real estate market and its trends
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions
