Job Title: P&E Engineer

P&E Engineers are responsible for conducting elevator traffic analysis, preparing traffic analysis presentations, maintaining regular communication with clients, and participating in design review meetings.

  • Elevator Traffic Analysis Specialists conduct thorough software-based analyses to ensure design requirements are met.
  • They prepare detailed Traffic Analysis Presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Maintaining effective client communication is crucial for the success of projects.
  • Participation in design review meetings and workshops enables specialists to stay updated on project progress and provide valuable input.
  • Traffic Analysis Summaries are prepared for stakeholder approval, ensuring that all relevant data is presented clearly.
  • A Civil Dimension Matrix is created for all finalized lift configurations to ensure dimensions meet the required specifications from at least four designated vendors.
  • The Design Brief Report is prepared and presented to the client, outlining the proposed design solution.
  • e-Comply/Excel is used to prepare specifications based on approved DBRs.
  • Coordination with the drafting team ensures timely submission of tender drawings after thorough checks for conformity.
  • Support is provided to the client during vendor discussions and e-Comply/specification management teams with vendor technical ratings.
  • Collaboration with the drafting team, client, and vendor is essential for achieving GAD approval.
  • Regularly updating performance data is vital for project success.
  • Internal and external audits require cooperation from all team members.
  • Ensuring timely completion of project stage documents before proceeding to the next stage is critical.
