Job Title: P&E Engineer

Are you a skilled and innovative Elevator industry professional seeking a new challenge? Do you have experience in field operations, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities?

We are looking for a talented Professional & Engineering (P&E) Engineer to join our team. As a P&E Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting elevator traffic analysis, preparing presentations for clients, maintaining regular communication, and participating in design review meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting elevator traffic analysis using software for various options to ensure design requirements are met.
• Preparing traffic analysis presentations for clients.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients
• Participating in design review meetings and workshops.
• Traffic analysis summary for stakeholder approval.
• Preparing a Civil Dimension matrix for all finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet at least four designated vendors.
• Preparing and presenting a Design Brief Report to the client.
• Using e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
• Coordinating with the Drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity.
• Supporting the client during vendor discussions and the e-Comply/Specification management team with vendor technical ratings.
• Coordinating with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval.
• Maintaining regularly updated performance data.
• Cooperating during internal and external audits.
• Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.
