Drive Performance Marketing Success

We're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and implement quarterly campaign plans that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Audience Segmentation: Use data and analytics to segment audiences and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Messaging Refining: Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging and highlight differentiators in the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) space.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales to define marketing-qualified lead (MQL) and sales-qualified lead (SQL) definitions and hand-off processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, report against return on investment (ROI) and attribution accuracy targets, and provide insights for future campaign improvements.
