We are seeking a highly skilled Design Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Manage and coordinate the work of designers and other team members, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in design project coordination or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Excellent project management and coordination skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
