About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely project delivery with a high level of quality. This role involves close collaboration with the design team, clients, and site teams to meet project goals effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the design team for drawings, specifications, and clarifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for project completion.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure quality control.
  • Supervise on-site execution of projects, ensuring compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
  • Monitor progress and address site-specific challenges proactively.
  • Handle site masking and staging to protect materials and work areas.
  • Serve as the point of contact between clients, the design team, and contractors.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Address client concerns and implement solutions promptly.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion aligns with design specifications.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects without compromising quality.
  • Document project progress, changes, and final outcomes for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior design or construction projects.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines..
