Job Title: Project Design Coordinator

In our organization, we are looking for an experienced professional to work as a Project Design Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting UK Design Managers and Project Managers in the management and coordination of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of trackers/registers.
  2. Prepare progress reports, presentations, project directory, organograms, dashboards, and graphical representation of data.
  3. Engage with the project team to drive the progress of project deliverables per agreed schedule.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering or architecture.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, typically 4-6 years.
  • Good communication skills and command over spoken and written English.
  • Ability to analyze information from different sources and assemble into a meaningful document.
