- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems

- Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits in line with industry standards
- Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures
- Manage health and safety benefits in compliance with chemical industry regulations
- Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Compliance
- Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment in chemical plants
- Promote occupational health programs and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement employee wellness programs to enhance overall well-being
- HR Policy Development: Administration
- Develop and enforce HR policies tailored to the chemical manufacturing industry
- Keep HR processes aligned with technological advancements and industry best practices
- Manage HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for efficient data handling
- Industrial Relations: Union Handling (If Applicable)
- Maintain good relations with labor unions and negotiate collective agreements
- Address grievances and disputes while ensuring minimal disruptions to operations
