Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, demonstrating a positive, polite, and confident demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and grow with our organization.
  • A strong eye for detail and knowledge of CRM systems are highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
