Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Service Standards: Enforce high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Confirm ride completions and apply changes to the system or request driver assistance as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM to ensure consistency and follow-up as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain good working relationships with Suppliers, CS Operations, Sales, and other functions, plus any external stakeholders.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
  • Skills: Strong operational and analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, excellent English verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, attention to detail, and conversation Spanish speaking skills.
