Global Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform customs trade HTS & ECCN classification determinations, assist in compliance data collection and record keeping, support compliance training and audit activities, generate and analyze compliance reports, participate in root cause analysis of international trade issues, and provide support for customs inquiries related to product classifications.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of advanced technology and processes involved in semiconductor, flat panel, and solar cell manufacturing, as well as import and export trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules and Export Classification Commodity Numbers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform Customs Trade HTS & ECCN Classification determinations for spare parts and other products.
- Assist in compliance data collection and record keeping.
- Support compliance training and audit activities.
- Generate and analyze compliance reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis of international trade issues and recommend solutions.
- Support Customs inquiries related to product classifications.
- Knowledge of advanced technology and processes involved in semiconductor, flat panel, and solar cell manufacturing.

- Ability to conduct classification analysis using various trade tools.
