**Job Description:**

As a Sailpoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Sailpoint platform. Your expertise will enable the organization to streamline user access, enhance security, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sailpoint, coupled with strong knowledge of IAM principles and technologies. Proficiency in programming languages like Java is highly desirable, especially when integrating with other systems. Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective support to cross-functional teams is essential.

  • Defining and enforcing access control policies based on role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Conducting periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify potential security risks.
  • Integrating Sailpoint with other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Sailpoint environment.
  • Staying updated with the latest Sailpoint features, technologies, and industry best practices.
