Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and developing Magnas OneIdentity IAM solution, ensuring seamless management of joiner, mover, and leaver processes for all identities within the system. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of IAM principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities

  • Operate and develop Magna's OneIdentity Safeguard IAM solution.
  • Operate and develop Magna's OneIdentity Active Roles solution.
  • Manage joiner, mover and leaver processes for all identities in the IAM system for different types of workers.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, various HR departments and the HR System product owners.
  • Onboard new divisions into the identity system as required.
  • Provide user support and handle tickets.

Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of Identity Management principles
  • Scripting knowledge preferred (e.g. Powershell)
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively within a globally distributed virtual team
  • Proficiency in English (listening, writing, speaking).
  • Team player with customer-oriented working approach.
  • Ability to understand complex interrelationships.
  • Process-oriented work style.
  • Friendly and patient.

Knowledge and Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant certifications for Identity and Access Management
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID)

Work Experience

  • 5-7 years of work related experience
  • Experience in the field of Identity and Access Management
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
