As a Demand Generation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing. You will have a deep understanding of regulated industries and experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions.
You will lead end-to-end demand generation pipelines, develop scalable demand generation engines, and track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead end-to-end demand generation pipelines, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Develop scalable demand generation engines spanning inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and account-based marketing (ABM) motions.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), funnel velocity, and return on investment (ROI) using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
- Deep understanding of regulated industries and experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and exceeding KPI-based goals.
