Enterprise Demand Generation Expert

  • Owning end-to-end demand generation pipeline strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Developing scalable demand generation engine spanning inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and account-based motions.
  • Tracking and optimizing key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, funnel velocity, and return on investment using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution Strategy
  • Driving pipeline growth through digital (search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email, display, paid/organic social, community) and offline channels.
  • Tailoring campaigns to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys.
  • Building and managing targeted campaigns for both new acquisition and expansion within.
Artificial Intelligence Driven Marketing
  • Leveraging tools like generative AI models for messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy development and automation.
  • Automating segmentation/personalization across lifecycle and account-based motion using artificial intelligence-driven platforms.
  • Analyzing funnel performance using artificial intelligence-driven platforms and building intent models and priority qualified lead frameworks using artificial intelligence-enhanced scoring.
Full-Funnel Optimization Approach
  • Continuously optimizing funnel performance using data, feedback, and experimentation.
  • Running A/B and multivariate testing, cohort analysis, and user experience diagnostics.
Account-Based Motion, Account-Based Experience & Cross-Functional Programs
  • Planning and executing account-based motion campaigns with partners, sales, and business development representatives.
  • Delivering personalized programs for multiple buyer personas within a decision committee.
Channel & Ecosystem Marketing Strategies
  • Running co-marketing with referral/channel partners.
  • Using artificial intelligence-assisted segmentation and analytics to prioritize investments.
Marketing Operations & Technology Stack
  • Optimizing marketing automation, lead scoring, customer data platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Integrating artificial intelligence tools for operational efficiency and insight generation.
  • Managing budgets and performance reporting to leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience marketing enterprise software as a service in regulated industries like life sciences, quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B software as a service experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Experience as a player-coach, adept at both strategic leadership and tactical execution.
  • Proven expertise with artificial intelligence tools in marketing contexts.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and exceeding key performance indicator-based goals.
  • Strong command of funnel optimization and multi-channel campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with account-based motion/account-based experience, marketing operations, and pod-based experimentation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation.
