As a Global Workforce Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the workforce management, demand planning and fulfillment across entities globally.

  • You will be responsible for designing and rolling out an enterprise workforce fulfillment framework that meets the organization's needs.
  • Key to your success will be empowering talent teams to embed demand plans, leveraging internal and external talent intelligence through advanced analytics, strategic modeling and capability transformation.
  • Additionally, you will advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development and strategic hiring in collaboration with sourcing, learning and talent teams.
  • With a focus on hybrid work modes, you will ensure seamless integration of remote and office-based work environments.
