Our pre-built, ready-2-deploy vertical toolkits enable rapid digital transformation at a rapid-pace, with pre-built configurators to :

- Analyze sales, marketing, and usage data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams, clients, and partners, explaining findings and recommendations.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation for development teams.

- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to implement data-driven strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

- Generate unique insights to validate business initiatives and product roadmaps.

- Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.

- Assess market size and business potential to make recommendations.

- Evaluate viability and scalability of business through financial analysis.

- Assist in formalizing business plans and tracking performance against defined goals.

- Track relevant metrics in support of tracking and measurement.

- Stay up-to-date with product releases and enhance domain knowledge.

- Demonstrate products and help clients understand automation journeys.

- Collect data required to roll out products.

- Recommend process improvements to increase business efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Excellent presentation skills to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.

- Strong program management skills with attention to details and follow-ups.

- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain information in a structured manner

- High bias for action and a Can-Do attitude to drive outcomes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.

- Self-motivated, works well individually and in teams.

Desirable :

- Interest, understanding, or experience in Cognitive Ai / Conversational Ai / Generative Ai space will be an addition.
