**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced BI solutions. In collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, you will create interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting tools, and a custom client portal to deliver actionable insights for our stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of BI technologies and experience in healthcare business intelligence.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced BI solutions to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive and interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting tools, and a custom client portal.

- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of BI tools and platforms.

- Maintain documentation and provide training for users on BI solutions.


**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- **Experience:**

Overall Exp of 8-10 yrs with relvant exp of at least 5+ yrs in BI Stack & 2 + yrs of Health care BI.

- **Must have:** 2+ years of experience in healthcare Business Intelligence or a related field.

- **Must have:** 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in BI stack development, including:

- **Tableau** (interactive dashboards and data visualization).

- **Qlik** (additional visualization and reporting tools).

- **SQL** (data querying and database management).

- **AWS** (cloud-based BI and data processing).

- **Databricks** (data analysis and transformation).

- **Snowflake** (data warehousing).


**Key Skills:**

- Expertise in developing and deploying scalable BI solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

- Healthcare data knowledge and familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) are a plus.
