Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trackwise QMS Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems architecture, experience with global quality business processes, and integration with ERP-SAP and PLM systems (Siemens or Dassault). You will play a key role in analyzing customer needs, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop functional requirements and design solutions.
  • Create Functional Design Documents for development objects.
  • Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Process Flow Diagrams and technical requirement documentation.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, test data, and test scripts for business and end-to-end (E2E) scenario testing.
  • Perform system integration testing (SIT) and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-offs.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and hypercare support post-implementation.
  • Deliver user training and support.
  • Create procedures to enhance existing systems and recommend best IT practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functional integration with ERP-SAP and PLM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Trackwise QMS and global quality business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP-SAP and PLM systems (Siemens or Dassault).
  • Understanding of industry quality standards and quality systems architecture.
  • Experience in functional design and technical requirements documentation.
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Expertise in E2E testing, UAT facilitation, and test script creation.
  • Ability to perform system integration testing and support hypercare.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in additional QMS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
