Job Overview:

We seek an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management and compliance to lead our team's accounting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of finalizing accounts, managing audits, and ensuring timely statutory filings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Finalize company accounts and prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant Accounting Standards (AS) and tax regulations.
  • Manage the complete accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Oversight of Goods and Services Tax (GST) computations and compliances.
  • Coordinate order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for accurate accounting.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and assist in statutory audit processes.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar for all statutory and tax-related deadlines.
  • Analyze financial data for trends, variances, and support business decision-making.
  • Lead a team of account professionals and collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience or semi-qualified with relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
