Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our financial review process. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Financial statement review and coordination with auditors
- Tax-related matters, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and direct tax
- Quarterly and year-to-date financial results analysis and presentation to the Board of Directors
- Participation in investment committee meetings and monitoring investments
- Review of reports and data and coordination with the corporate tax team for statutory compliances
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in finance and accounting
- Experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, management information systems (MIS), and financial controls improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 12 years of experience
- Proven track record of working in a similar role
