Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Order Service Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role where you will be responsible for processing equipment, media, and/or consumables orders received via manual or online platforms. You will need to interface with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Planners, Credit/Finance etc., to ensure product or service delivery while maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of communication of status information to dealers or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding order status.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and process automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
