Project Coordinator Opportunity

This position is responsible for coordinating the Real Estate project, ensuring timely tracking of progress, risks, and compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, collecting data for reports, and conducting site visits to validate project information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progression against agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data for timely status updates.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure accuracy and provide reliable project information.

Project Documentation and Management:

  • Maintain organized project records, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Update and manage the project database for data accessibility.
  • Support report preparation and documentation as required.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather accurate project information.
  • Assist in scheduling project review meetings and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • Facilitate clear communication to identify potential issues and delays.

Risk and Compliance Monitoring:

  • Identify project-related risks and flag deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and track mitigation actions.

Professional Development:

  • Enhance knowledge of project monitoring methodologies and best practices.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Construction Management from a reputable institution

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Real estate construction, proficiency in MS Office applications required.
