Harmonize Real Estate Processes

As a seasoned SAP RE-FX professional, you will play a pivotal role in our Real Estate Harmonization initiative.

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough process analyses, define requirements, and drive solution design and implementation for real estate processes in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end analysis of existing real estate processes and propose harmonized to-be processes.
  • Define business requirements and steering models for real estate initiatives.
  • Drive solution design, development, and implementation in SAP S/4HANA, aligned with industry best practices and Fiori standards.
  • Configure and support SAP RE-FX processes within S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI-CO.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses, prepare comprehensive documentation, and support testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT teams, fostering collaboration and expertise sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX system configuration and integration with SAP FI-CO, with a solid understanding of cost controlling principles.
  • Experience with IFRS16 lease contract valuation processes in SAP RE-FX and familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to RE-FX.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
