HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive our people strategy, shape company culture and ensure every employee thrives.

This leadership role will be responsible for:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: From campus drives to senior hires, you will lead the process ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance, KRA, and incentive systems to motivate employees.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee payroll, leave, onboarding, grievance redressals and offboarding processes.
  • Talent Development: Design training programs, shape company culture and support event planning initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Be the go-to person for both people and process-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR Department.
  • Experience working with HRMS like Keka or similar software.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
  • A strong belief in the importance of systems and people.
  • Availability to work in Meerut or willingness to relocate.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role offering direct exposure to leadership decisions and a clear path to becoming HR Head/Chief People Officer in 2-3 years.
