Optimizing System Performance is a critical component of ensuring the success of large-scale enterprise applications. As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for performance benchmarking, analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using LoadRunner to ensure thorough evaluation of system capabilities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues using AppDynamics and other APM tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct end-to-end performance testing including load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing to simulate real-world user activity.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements, highlighting opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Simulate large-scale user activity to test application scalability and response time, ensuring that systems can handle increased demand.
  • Execute tests across various platforms, including web, APIs, databases, and other key systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Maintain and update performance test scripts as applications evolve, ensuring that tests remain relevant and effective.
  • Ensure best practices in performance testing and tuning are consistently applied throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing, with a strong background in API and UI testing.
  • Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and AppDynamics, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
