System Performance Optimization Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute system performance tests using Apache JMeter.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform regular system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system health and performance.
  • Execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
