Learning and Development Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning and Development Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, creating, and managing online training content, including e-learning modules and learning dashboards. You will work closely with vendors to create high-quality digital learning content and analyze and refine existing online content to improve its effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LMS Administration: Administer all activities on the learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience.
  • User Management: Manage LMS user accounts and permissions to maintain data security and integrity.
  • Training and Support: Train trainers on the LMS tool and provide ongoing support to ensure they are comfortable using the platform.
  • Digital Content Management: Upload, organize, and maintain all digital learning content within the LMS to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
  • Learning Dashboards: Create and manage learning dashboards to track employee progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: MBA in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in hospitality would be an added advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English language.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (PPT, WORD, EXCEL).
  • Software Skills: Experience in using Canva and video making software (VYOND, Articulate etc.).
  • Content Writing: Strong flair for content writing and development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills.
  • Vendor Management: Vendor management and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Presentation skills.
