Our company is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects.

  • As a senior technical resource, you may serve as a technical advisor to your team and provide specialized technical input to studies and design.
  • You will develop study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
  • Additionally, you will participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables and develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
  • Using your expertise, you will utilize all steps of completing discipline components of PS&E packages and perform quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings.
  • You will also prepare technical specification sections and provide input to the development of engineering budgets and schedules to meet requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization is also required.
  • Healthcare design experience is mandatory, and overall 13+ years of work experience is preferred.
